What this page collects
- Does the page send my answers or photos?
- No. The optional message builder keeps what you type in this browser tab. Copy message copies the text to your clipboard only when you press it. The email links open your email app with the message in it; the page sends nothing itself. The page has no photo upload, and nothing is submitted to GemCardLab from it.
When you contact us
- What happens when I open Instagram, email you or call?
- Instagram opens separately. You choose which message and photos to send there; Instagram handles them under its own terms and privacy policy. Email opens your email app with a message written to hello@gemcardlab.com. Nothing is sent until you send it there. This page can’t attach your photos, resize them or remove their location and camera details, so check them before you attach them. What your email provider does with the message is between you and them. Calling uses your phone service. Sending photos for an enquiry is not permission to publish them. Ask GemCardLab about use, retention and deletion before sharing anything sensitive.
